What we do for you
When you first contact us by phone, you will be given a brief initial assessment, normally around 10 minutes, in order for us to understand your problem. Our assessor will decide on a course of action to help you resolve your issue. It may be necessary for them to make an appointment for you to discuss it in more detail. This might be by phone or face-to-face at one of our advice centres.
Please note that at busy times you may need to wait in a queue to speak to assessor, but we will do our best to get to your call as soon as we can.
