We will not have advisers on-site at Jim’s Cafe, St James’ Church, New Barnet on Wednesday 12th August. The Jim’s Cafe team will be able to help with some problems and will take your details for one of our advisers to call you back, if needed.

Drop-in locations

 

Our drop-ins are designed to identify the help that you need through a short assessment. If full advice is needed we will book you an appointment for another day, or signpost or refer you to another organisation as appropriate.

 

Please do not arrive before our scheduled time, as access may be denied. Citizens Advice Barnet staff will not be available until then.

 

As a team of volunteers mainly runs our outreaches, we reserve the right to close the session early depending on our team’s availability on the day. Abuse of our staff will not be tolerated and will be dealt with in line with our unacceptable behaviour policy.
