Outside of work, he is a keen musician and is Chair of the Orlando Chamber Choir. She has also worked as a consultant in an international consultancy firm and as Director of Investigations at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman Office. For the last eight years of her career she was Chief Executive of a large advocacy charity. She has held several non-executive roles in the NHS, including at BEH Mental Health Trust, Enfield and Barnet CCGs. She was Chair at Mind in Barnet and Vice Chair of National Mind. She has recently re-joined National Mind’s Board.Tracey BaldwinBoard of Trustees Vice ChairTracey BaldwinBoard of Trustees Vice ChairTracey has spent most of her career in the public sector and has worked extensively within Local Authorities and Hospitals and most latterly as CEO for various NHS commissioning bodies. She is an assessor for the leadership programme run by the College of Policing. She also works as an executive coach, mainly supporting senior individuals across health and social care. Tracey has substantial experience working in partnership with the public, private, voluntary and social enterprise organisations. She is strongly committed to developing ways where people can work together to simplify access and improve service provision. Such is her commitment, that she even swapped jobs with the local Police Borough Commander, so they could see for themselves the similarities between their service issues. Tracey has lived in North London for over 20 years. She was a secondary school governor for many years and is involved in many community and voluntary initiatives, most latterly helping to support those self-isolating during the pandemic. Tracey became a Trustee of Citizens Advice Barnet because she was very conscious of the excellent and necessary work it does in tackling serious social issues in the Borough as well as the influential work the organisation does nationally. Since joining the Board in 2015, she has been continually impressed by the dedication and enthusiasm of staff and volunteers at the Bureau. Tracey says that she enjoys working alongside this committed team and looks forward to contributing to its continual success.Ben IngberTrusteeBen IngberTrusteeBen Ingber joined the Citizens Advice Barnet trustee board in 2015 and was appointed Chair in 2019. He is currently Chief Executive Officer at Age UK Enfield. He has spent most of his career in the charity sector, and has been involved with Citizens Advice in various roles for more than 15 years. Prior to his current role, Ben was an independent consultant working with a diverse range of national and local charities. He is currently working towards a masters in Voluntary Sector Management at City University’s Business school and is a regular volunteer with several local charities.Keri LandauTrusteeKeri LandauTrusteeKeri Landau is a Learning Delivery Partner for the Civil Service with KPMG Learning Solutions. She is currently the Professions and Functions Lead, responsible for strategic cross-government capability and skills. Keri started her career in local government commissioning services for vulnerable adults, has worked extensively in the voluntary and community sector and went back to university after having children to gain an MSc in Social Policy and Planning. She grew up and went to school in Barnet and now lives here with her family. Keri is a champion for charity sustainability, development and enhancing user voice.Clare LubinBoard of Trustees TreasurerClare LubinBoard of Trustees TreasurerClare is a Chartered Accountant who was born and continues to live in the borough. She has worked previously reviewing compliance matters in small accounting firms. Also she worked for a Deputy under the Court of Protection dealing with the financial aspects of clients’ issues and she continues to work in finance for a local GP practice. She has many years of experience as a charity trustee. She is married with grown up children.Kimberly OngTrusteeKimberly OngTrusteeKimberly Ong is an Executive Director at JPMorgan Asset Management and is currently the Lead Business Manager for the European Multi-Asset Solutions Business where she is responsible for the governance and oversight of the business including the strategy, operations and risks and controls agenda. She was previously a programme manager in the JPMorgan Asset Management Business Change Team leading global change and regulatory compliance programmes. She is passionate about Citizens Advice ethos of providing free, impartial advice that empowers people with the information needed to enable them to help themselves and is looking to apply her skillset towards making a direct impact and contribution to her local community where she lives with her husband and two young children.Maria Petnga-WallaceTrusteeMaria Petnga-WallaceTrusteeMaria Petnga-Wallace is Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the Financial Ombudsman Service, the organisation that resolves complaints between consumers and financial service businesses. In her role she uses the skills of business psychology to create a happier and more inclusive environment for all employees. An inclusion practitioner for 12 years she has worked in implementing strategic solutions within the charity, legal and communication sectors. A Barnet resident, she enjoys browsing the charity shops of the local high streets, getting her sons to join her on SingStar and walking through the greenspaces of Stephen’s House and Hampstead Heath.Tamsin ShukerTrusteeTamsin ShukerTrusteeTamsin Shuker is the Senior Head of Evaluation and Customer Insight teams at the National Lottery Community Fund. These functions are responsible for generating much of the Fund’s evidence. Tamsin is responsible for the Fund’s evidence strategy. She sets the National Lottery Community Fund’s strategy on monitoring and evaluation, and her teams provide support and guidance on the design, tenders and management of the Fund’s evaluation and research contracts. Tamsin has two decades experience of data, insight, evaluation and impact, with much of this spent within the charity sector. Tamsin worked at Citizens Advice from 2003-2016 where she led the evaluation and impact functions for the service, developing consistent outcomes processes, economic modelling and central customer satisfaction approaches. Tamsin has lived in London for over 20 years and been a resident of Barnet for the last 8 years. She is a passionate sports fan, with an obsession for cricket and F1.Thomas SmithTrusteeThomas SmithTrusteeThomas has over 10 years‘ experience in financial services, and currently works at UBS. He previously worked for Prudential and HSBC. He served as an elected Member of Barnet Council; representing Oakleigh Ward (which covered Whetstone and parts of New Barnet) from 2018 until 2022. He lives in Whetstone.
