What we can help with

We provide free energy advice over the phone, including on:

• understanding bills and checking you have the best deal,
• saving energy and helping retain heat in your home,
• deciding if solar panels, energy storage or heat pumps would work for you,
• understanding if you’re eligible for grants to add insulation or renewable energy,
• addressing debt or payment issues, and checking if you’re entitled to financial help.

Our free energy advice is delivered as part of a partnership of London Citizens Advice charities funded by UKPN.
