Accessing our service
You can access our service in the following ways:
- phone – call the Adviceline 0808 250 5708 (Monday–Friday, 10am–3.30pm);
- email – email advice form;
- via referral – third party referral link request form;
- face-to-face – attend a drop-in clinic.
You can also access the National Citizens Advice website for online advice and Webchat.
If you need advice and support on new Universal Credit claims, call Help to Claim: 0800 144 8 444 (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm).
Specialist services and projects
You may need specialist help. We offer a range of specialist services detailed on Our Projects page. If you need specialist advice and we are unable to offer this ourselves, we will refer or signpost you to a suitable alternative service.
Our Core Service, the Community Advice Service, is commissioned and funded by the London Borough of Barnet Council.
