You can access our service in the following ways:

- Face to face – Attend a drop-in clinic
You can also access the National Citizens Advice website for online advice and Webchat.
If you need advice and support on new Universal Credit claims, call Help to Claim – 0800 144 8 444 (Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm)

You may need specialist help. We offer a range of specialist services detailed on Our Projects page. If you need specialist advice and we are unable to offer this ourselves, we will refer or signpost you to a suitable alternative service.
