Salary: £17,653.50pa (£29,422.50 pa FTE)
Hours: Part-time – 3 days per (21.6 hours)
This is a new and exciting role allowing Citizens Advice Barnet to increase their digital advice offering.
Reporting to the Head of Services, you will have:
Relevant and ongoing recent experience of initial assessment and advice work with sufficient knowledge of benefits, housing, employment, consumer, immigration, and family advice issues to be able to make appropriate signposting and/or referral decisions
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise work in the face of competing demands and to meet targets set by the line manager and funders
- An excellent working knowledge of IT, with the ability to record casework, prepare letters and reports and record stats electronically
